Boutique-sized group classes include personalised adjustments and corrections following Contemporary Pilates techniques to maximise results for each participant. Each exercise is adapted to suit your body and your capabilities. I concentrate on teaching the correct execution of each exercise, rather than increasing the speed and repetition of movements. The focus is always on functional movement. This type of movement has a significant positive impact on the way you look, the way you think and the way you feel.

What is Functional Pilates
Functional Pilates is heavily influenced by modern movement and physiotherapy rehabilitation techniques. A combination of Contemporary Pilates movements and many of the Classical or traditional Pilates exercises are adjusted to create balanced sequences for whole body health and fitness.
Our Functional Pilates classes are an holistic approach to exercise and movement. You will learn how to incorporate each strengthening move on the mat into day-to-day activities so your spine and joints can move freely, without strain and pressure. With a strong focus on posture, technique and mind-body connection you can re-train your body to function and move better every day.

Experience the essence of our mindful movement studio with Nourish. This is our signature Functional Pilates class that incorporates a repertoire of exercises to work your whole body and achieve all your movement goals, no matter what they might be. Suitable for everyone.
Enhance
If you’re an experienced mover with an established understanding of Pilates technique, Enhance is the class to challenge both your body and mind with an increased degree of difficulty and higher intensity. Suitable for intermediate to advanced Pilates lovers.
